A quick video showing how you can alter in the sim which stick is used for Rudder on a 3 channel R/C model... I prefer to fly a three channel model off the aileron stick ( Mode 2) and just have throttle on the left stick. Also at the start how you have to have Frapps running first and have started the desktop capture in order for it to also get the menu drop down actions in Reflex XTR2. I found this really handy in order to set up a model to be controlled in the manner I like...I hope this proves to be useful to others out there.
